MALI
Mali, or officially the Republic of Mali, is a landlocked country in West Africa. The neighbors of the country being the seventh-largest country in the Continent of Africa, are Algeria, Niger, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Senegal, and Mauritania (moving clockwise from the north). The capital of the country is Bamako.
The estimated population of Mali was 12 million in July 2007 and the population growth rate was 2.96%.
Its official language is French.
