Djibouti, officially the Republic of Djibouti, is a country in East Africa. Its neighboring countries are Eritrea to the north, Ethiopia to the west and south, and Somalia to the southeast. It has a coast to the Red Sea and the Gulf Aden of the Arabian Sea. It is 20 kilometers away from Yemen in the Arabian Peninsula. Its capital city is Djibouti. 95% of its people are Muslim. Its population is estimated at 921.804 as of 2020.
Its official languages are Arabic and French.
